Job Description:

Test Manager. Canberra based only. 12 month contract with 2x12 month extension options. As a Test Manager you will oversee the entire testing practice and manage the deployment of resources and approaches.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accountable for coordinating testing activities and providing clear reporting of results to technical teams
  • Designing test cases and scripts mapped to specific criteria, while applying expertise in testing tools and methodologies
  • Identifying process improvements, maintaining testing standards, and recommending courses of action for complex issues
  • Maintaining knowledge of change control procedures and management tools

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to plan and drive testing across all product stages while providing authoritative advice on test execution
  • Expertise in tailoring processes and guiding the adoption of testing tools and standards
  • Experience developing acceptance criteria for functional/non-functional requirements and executing test scenarios to deliver business benefits
  • Ability to manage resolutions and corrective actions while enhancing customer and stakeholder relationships
  • Australian Citizens ONLY
  • TSPV clearance required
