Job Description:

Test Manager position at Inetum, a European leader in digital services, responsible for managing overall testing effort and deliverables, ensuring testing follows standards and methodology, and serving as primary contact for testing activities

Job Responsibility:

Develop test plan
Test Execution: Running manual and/or automated tests to evaluate a product's functionality, performance, and overall quality
Defect Management: Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects, then working with developers to resolve them
Ensure that the team follows the testing standards, guidelines, and testing methodology as specified in the test strategy
Responsible for managing the overall testing effort and deliverables, work with testing team to ensure that testing is on time and within budget
Manage test environment, test data preparation, test tools and test automation implementation
Work with the application and technical architecture teams to plan various test phases
Review test to ensure that they meet the entry and exit criteria
Primary contact and escalation point for testing

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree or above in business computer, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related fields
Experience in Software Testing (Manual and/or Automated), System Test, Integration Test and/or User Acceptance Test
Strong analytical and proven ability to quickly understand complex business and systems and provide a suited solution for clients
Good command of English both written and spoken

Nice to have:

HR domain testing is a plus
Testrail experience is a plus
