Job Description:

Local Testing Manager to lead our Serbia-based GPU Linux driver integration testing team. This role is responsible for team leadership, execution quality, and delivery of integration and validation workflows that support AMD’s Linux GPU software stack.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and grow a local team of Linux driver integration test engineers
  • Manage day‑to‑day execution of test plans, automation workflows, and integration validation
  • Set goals, track progress, and ensure high‑quality, on‑time delivery
  • Collaborate with global engineering teams across Linux IQE, driver, and platform groups
  • Drive continuous improvement in test coverage, automation reliability, and triage efficiency
  • Build a strong team culture focused on ownership, accountability, and technical excellence

Requirements:

  • 5+ years in software testing, validation, or integration engineering
  • Experience leading or managing engineering teams
  • Strong understanding of Linux systems and driver‑level workflows
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation frameworks
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in distributed environments

Nice to have:
