Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Test Manager to lead the verification and quality assurance of complex IoT ecosystems, including connected devices, cloud platforms, and mobile applications. In this role, you will define and execute end-to-end testing strategies across the entire system landscape, ensuring high reliability, performance, and scalability of innovative smart products. You will collaborate closely with software engineers, DevOps teams, product managers, and system architects to integrate testing into modern CI/CD pipelines and agile development environments.

Job Responsibility

  • Define and implement comprehensive test strategies for IoT platforms, mobile applications, and cloud services
  • Lead end-to-end system testing across device, cloud, and application layers
  • Ensure testing aligns with product requirements, architecture, and release cycles
  • Design and manage testing for device-to-cloud communication and IoT architectures
  • Perform integration, system, and E2E testing for complex IoT environments
  • Validate connectivity, reliability, and performance of connected devices
  • Integrate testing frameworks into CI/CD pipelines
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to enable automated testing and continuous quality validation
  • Support build and release processes with robust testing procedures
  • Manage test plans, test cases, and defect tracking using JIRA, Confluence, and Codebeamer
  • Ensure full traceability from requirements to testing outcomes
  • Monitor test progress and ensure high transparency across stakeholders
  • Work closely with engineering, architecture, and product teams to resolve defects and improve product quality
  • Analyze test results, identify risks, and implement continuous improvement measures
  • Contribute to building best practices and scalable testing frameworks

Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in Test Management
  • Strong experience testing Cloud Platforms, Mobile Applications, and IoT systems
  • Experience with DevOps environments and CI/CD pipelines
  • Hands-on experience in end-to-end IoT system testing
  • Experience testing device-to-cloud communication architectures
  • Solid understanding of UI and application testing
  • JIRA (3–5 years)
  • Confluence (1–3 years)

  • Linux environment experience
  • ISTQB Advanced Level Certification
