Job Responsibility

  • Work with Product team, Business consultants and development team to define acceptance criteria and the definition of done in relation to IT QA and test management
  • Writing and executing manual test cases and checks and reporting back to the team
  • Writing and executing automated test cases and checks and reporting back to the team as applicable
  • Establish and execute the framework of Automated Testing
  • Measuring and reporting test coverage across all the applicable coverage dimensions
  • Ensuring proper use of the testing standards and tools, propose new solutions
  • Reporting defects and working with the team to resolve them
  • Working experience with Agile testing tools
  • Working and managing 3rd party QA teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder, preferably IT- based
  • Experience QA/Tester with ERP or legacy systems
  • Business oriented, able to understand our clients business, or experienced with retail Supply Chain or Logistic Domain
  • Experienced writing test cases for Manual testing
  • Organise and Govern the Test framework for Business As Usual and Projects
  • Experienced with Google Workspace document management and Automated testing framework
  • Able to communicate with the product team, testing team and development team
  • Ability to work with GWS Suite (especially Sheet, Projects, Slides) and other BPM Software skills
  • Good organisation, interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Self-motivated, analytical-mind and excellent problem-solving skills
