Job Description:

Test Leader in Range Experience leading quality approach and agenda as part of Range Experience strategy, ensuring solutions can be experienced by customers and co-workers without disturbances while gaining efficiency through continuous focus on quality. Part of IKEA's digital solutions for home planning and design.

Job Responsibility:

Lead and continuously refine the quality approach and agenda
Build and lead the Range Experience quality and test community
Establish and evolve formal QA processes
Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics
Apply industry best practices and develop new tools and processes
Coach product teams in their testing and working out test strategies
Create test tooling and data generation
Develop overall risk management and mitigation strategy planning

Requirements:

Extensive experience and knowledge in software development
Fully familiar with agile/DevOps practices
Experience in driving quality work in an organization of cross-functional product teams
Experienced leader with ability to coach product teams around quality
Experience defining and implementing quality strategies for web and mobile applications
Experience leading QA tooling and framework decisions
Experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks using Cypress, Playwright, or Selenium
Experience with custom framework design in JavaScript/TypeScript with deep CI/CD integration via GitHub Actions
Experience integrating Sentry or similar tools for monitoring and real-time error tracking
Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments with focus on shift-left testing and continuous delivery
Fluent in written and spoken English
