Test Lead

• Contribute to the Test Strategy, Master Test Plan, design of the tests, ensure their execution, follow-up of the test analysts and report to project stakeholders
• Ensure the elaboration, validation and communication of all the test project deliverables
• Execute the tests within scope of competence
• Provide feedback to the Test Manager and hierarchy on project progress
• Ensure communication to project stakeholders through test reports
• Manage project committees (test progress & defects)
• Report information for decision points
• Identify anomalies within scope
• Participate in the correction of anomalies and posterior validation
• Provide elements for drafting final reports and procedures

• Degree in Informatics or related areas
• Understand the project’s methodology
• Knowledge of the test methodology principles and vocabulary (ISTQB)
• Experience in testing applications for life insurance or banking products (desirable)
• French language
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Test activities
• Able to build a test strategy and test schedule
• Able to manage one or more software testers
• Able to work in an Agile environment
• Knowledge on Octane, JIRA and Confluence
• Knowledge in API
• Knowledge in SQL language
• Risk identification and follow-up
• Coordination and motivation skills
