Test Manager role in a banking modernization project who will be part of the Quality engineering team. This role is pivotal in driving bank's modernization platform implementations in new countries. This Position serves as a Techno-functional Test Lead driving Quality engineering for Payment Modernization.

Job Responsibility

Responsible for designing, planning, and implementing the end-to-end (E2E) testing strategy for major projects, ensuring all the requirements are covered from start to finish
Drive end-to-end Testing for Payment Modernization country Rollouts
Champion and expand test automation efforts across different testing phases, increasing efficiency and test coverage
Coordinate Regulatory and Market Testing: Organize and manage testing with external industry bodies and market participants to ensure the organization meets its regulatory commitments
During country-specific rollouts, coordinate 'buddy bank' testing to ensure seamless integration and functionality within the new market
Function as the key liaison for all testing-related matters, managing communications and relationships with global, regional, and local stakeholders
Work closely with internal teams including Product, Operations, and Project Management, as well as external partner test teams to ensure alignment and resolve any issues

Requirements

Test Manager with a proven record of leading End to end testing for large-scale projects
Possesses strong knowledge of banking domains, Payment's domain expertise is an added advantage
Has expertise in driving test automation initiatives to improve efficiency and coverage
Well-versed in Agile and DevOps testing methodologies, including the implementation of continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines
Demonstrates excellent communication skills, essential for managing teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders and development teams
Flexible and Adaptable in response to changing priorities, technologies, and project requirements
