Job Responsibility

Define and own the test strategy, approach, and governance framework for a complex, multi-workstream programme

Design clear governance structures, including RACI matrices, decision flows, and exception handling processes
Translate regulatory and business requirements, including reporting obligations such as EMIR lifecycle events, UTIs, valuations, and reconciliations, into concrete, traceable test scenarios
Work closely with Operations and Compliance to ensure readiness for regulatory sign-off
Plan and manage testing across multiple teams and locations
Drive risk-based reporting to senior stakeholders
Lead defect triage with prioritisation grounded in regulatory and operational risk
