Job Description:

Test Lead Leading infrastructure services client (consulting through FinXL). FinXL Professional Services is a leading IT consultancy that partners with clients to bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities. Since 2003, we've been delivering high-value ICT services across government, finance, telecommunications, and enterprise sectors. FinXL is seeking a Test Lead to join our consulting team and be deployed with a leading infrastructure services client on a 12 months contract in North Sydney.

Job Responsibility:

  • Work on a large-scale transformation project migrating field operations from Salesforce Field Service to SAP Field Service Management (FSM)
  • Design the Master Test Plan covering SIT, UAT, and Performance Testing for SAP FSM
  • Define complex field service test scenarios including offline mobile sync and scheduling
  • Manage the end-to-end defect lifecycle and coordinate technical team resolutions
  • Lead UAT sessions with schedulers and technicians to validate usability
  • Oversee automated testing requirements and regression cycles for the program
  • Ensure robust integration between SAP FSM mobile applications and S/4HANA
  • Map and validate testing outcomes against legacy Salesforce baselines

Requirements:

  • Proven Test Lead experience specifically within SAP FSM projects
  • Extensive experience testing mobile field applications and backend ERP integrations
  • Strong technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments
  • Proficiency with enterprise testing tools such as Jira, HP ALM, or Tricentis Tosca
  • Ability to manage complex testing scenarios including offline synchronization and inventory
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills to coordinate between technical and business teams
  • Prior exposure to Salesforce Field Service data structures is highly desirable
