Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Test Environment Management Lead to join our team in Toronto, ON for an onsite full-time role. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining testing environments, ensuring availability, stability, and proper configuration to support development and QA teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage test environment setup, maintenance, and support
  • Coordinate with development, QA, and infrastructure teams to ensure environment readiness
  • Manage environment configurations, deployments, and refresh activities
  • Monitor environment stability and troubleshoot issues impacting testing activities
  • Maintain documentation for environment architecture and processes
  • Ensure environments are aligned with release schedules and testing timelines
  • Implement best practices for environment management and automation

Requirements

  • Strong experience in test environment management and release coordination
  • Knowledge of environment provisioning, configuration, and maintenance
  • Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and deployment tools
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
  • Understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies
  • Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef
  • Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes
