Job Responsibility:

  • Hands on data testing
  • Validation of data extracts
  • Conduct regression, smoke and production testing and analyzing the results to create post release report
  • Analyzing and synthesizing requirements to create test plan, scope and test cases
  • Analyzing post production quality and provide metrics for the same
  • Validation of BI reports

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in data testing
  • Mandatory Strong SQL skills including complex joins, CTE
  • Mandatory experience working with heavy data sets
  • Mandatory Experience with data migration
  • Experience on python is a plus
  • High level proficiency using excel
  • Strong problem identification and solving skills
  • Validation of BI reports
  • Should possess strong SQL skills
  • Works well in a multi-disciplined team environment
  • Strong communication skills, oral and written - able to engender trust and respect of peers and stakeholders
  • Capable of juggling a number of priorities and delivering results in a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Having Varicent Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) testing experience is a big plus
