Job Description:

Mettler Toledo is hiring for a Test Engineer Professional to join their SWDC campus in Coimbatore. The selected candidate will be part of the software development team, focused on testing software applications and solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop domain knowledge and contribute across the software development lifecycle
  • Design, execute, and maintain manual test cases using best practices
  • Log and retest defects, perform root cause analysis, and participate in test case reviews
  • Set up and manage test environments
  • Collaborate with global teams in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Communicate test progress and contribute to process improvement
  • Support automation testing using existing frameworks

Requirements:

  • BE/B.Tech/ME/M.Tech/MCA qualification
  • Experience with Windows/web application testing
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Hands-on with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or similar ALM tools
  • Familiarity with Selenium/Appium, NUnit, and Git is a plus
  • Understanding of Agile and software testing best practices
