Job Responsibility

  • Independent realization of tests & measurements, based on test orders
  • Independent control of complex measurement & test equipment
  • Independent preparation and setup of tests (mechanical, electrical, control & fixture) after consultation of Test Equipment Engineer
  • Preparation & Assembly test fixtures
  • Systematically documentation of Tests by using test-protocols
  • Help to analyse weak points and develop proposals for the optimization of the product together with the supervisor
  • Continuous supervision of the tests and give information to the supervisor in case of problems
  • Maintenance of test equipment
  • Take responsibility of test parts storage (pre and post test)

Requirements

  • 5 - 7 years in automobile industry with testing background or work in sample workshop
  • B.E/B.Tech Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering
  • Good technical skills (usage of machines, measurement systems, assemble fixtures)
  • Good operational ability
  • Able to understand the technical requirements in testing and prototype/operations
  • Ability to explain and interpret test results in a clear and understandable manner
  • Ability to communicate at different forums with colleagues from other departments
