Planning and organizing all necessary product validation tests for assigned projects
Independently conducting complex and non-standard tests
expanding the test portfolio and the team’s expertise
Independently drafting test reports, specifications, test plans, and standards
Creating test cases (TR0, TR1, TR2) within the timeframe set by customer projects
Technical review of customer specifications and providing feedback to the customer team for the purpose of creating proposals
negotiating test conditions with the customer and independently creating internal specifications
Independently analyzing components during product validation and optimizing development activities
Planning testing capacities for all assigned projects
Ensuring cost transparency for all project-related expenses
identifying planning discrepancies in the early stages and independently implementing corrective measures
Identifying and implementing cost- and time-saving measures within the testing and development team
Approving the test plan and presenting components to the customer and internal departments (e.g., component development, engine development, electronics development, calculation/simulation)
Presentation of test results to the customer, at internal meetings, or to other partners
Independent evaluation of test results after completion of the required tests
Commissioning and supervision of external service providers
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a technical field (preferably electronics/electrical engineering)
Position suitable for recent graduates
Experience and knowledge in the field of automotive door systems is a plus
Experience and knowledge in project management and product development is a plus
Experience and knowledge of measurement and testing methods in the automotive industry is a plus
Expertise in electronic components and the use of electronic schematics
Solution-oriented, proactive, and structured work style
English – advanced level
German – intermediate level (an advantage, but not required)
Nice to have:
Experience and knowledge in the field of automotive door systems
Experience and knowledge in project management and product development
