Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst to join our dynamic Technology team. This senior-level position is responsible for spearheading the design, development, and implementation of new and enhanced application systems and programs.

Job Responsibility:

collaborate with cross-functional management teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes
provide technical leadership and expertise in application programming
champion and implement modern software development methodologies including Kotlin, React, and TDD
develop and enforce coding standards, testing procedures, and debugging protocols
analyze complex business processes and system workflows
propose innovative solutions leveraging cutting-edge technologies
mentor and coach mid-level developers and analysts
ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

12-15 years of relevant experience in application development or systems analysis
extensive experience in software application design, development, and implementation
strong proficiency in Kotlin for backend development and React for frontend development
demonstrated experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and associated frameworks
deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and best practices
proven ability to lead and mentor development teams
excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
experience with CI/CD pipelines
