Job Description

We are seeking a Test Analyst / Test Data Analyst to plan, design, and execute structured testing activities that ensure technology solutions meet defined business and quality requirements. The role focuses on validating system functionality, preparing and managing test data, and supporting delivery teams across multiple environments within an Agile delivery context.

Job Responsibility

  • Design detailed test plans, test cases, and manual or automated test scripts aligned to user stories and technical documentation
  • Execute testing activities across system, integration, and regression testing phases in multiple environments
  • Identify, document, and track defects using tools such as Jira, ensuring issues are clearly described and reproducible
  • Extract, prepare, and manage raw test data from multiple sources to support a range of testing scenarios
  • Analyse test data requirements and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure environments are test-ready
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing practices and standards within Agile and Scrum frameworks

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC methodologies, particularly within Agile and Scrum environments
  • Experienced in defect tracking and test management tools such as Jira or equivalent platforms
  • Knowledgeable in test automation concepts and tools, including Selenium with Java
  • Comfortable writing and executing SQL queries to validate data and support testing activities
  • Familiar with API testing tools such as SOAP UI and Postman
  • Clear and confident communicator with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
