Test Center Administrator

• greet and assist test-takers at the check-in station, verifying identification and ensuring compliance with testing protocols
• conduct security checks to ensure prohibited items, such as calculators or notes, are not brought into the testing area
• monitor the testing room by performing regular walkthroughs every 10-15 minutes to prevent cheating and maintain a secure environment
• utilize computer applications and web-based systems to manage testing processes efficiently
• perform light administrative tasks, including maintaining records and organizing testing materials
• provide clear instructions to test-takers regarding procedures and rules
• ensure the testing site remains orderly and well-maintained at all times
• assist with troubleshooting minor technical issues related to web-based testing platforms
• uphold strict confidentiality standards and security measures during testing sessions

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
• proficiency in using computer applications and web-based systems
• ability to perform routine physical activities, including walking and standing for extended periods
• strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols
• excellent communication skills for interacting with test-takers and addressing their concerns
• familiarity with identity verification processes is preferred
• ability to work independently and maintain a detail-oriented approach
