Job Responsibility:
greet and assist test-takers at the check-in station, verifying identification and ensuring compliance with testing protocols
conduct security checks to ensure prohibited items, such as calculators or notes, are not brought into the testing area
monitor the testing room by performing regular walkthroughs every 10-15 minutes to prevent cheating and maintain a secure environment
utilize computer applications and web-based systems to manage testing processes efficiently
perform light administrative tasks, including maintaining records and organizing testing materials
provide clear instructions to test-takers regarding procedures and rules
ensure the testing site remains orderly and well-maintained at all times
assist with troubleshooting minor technical issues related to web-based testing platforms
uphold strict confidentiality standards and security measures during testing sessions
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or customer service role
proficiency in using computer applications and web-based systems
ability to perform routine physical activities, including walking and standing for extended periods
strong attention to detail and ability to follow established protocols
excellent communication skills for interacting with test-takers and addressing their concerns
familiarity with identity verification processes is preferred
