We are looking for a dedicated Test Center Administrator to join our team in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. This long-term contract position offers the opportunity to work in a detail-oriented testing environment, ensuring the highest standards of security and candidate experience. As part of your role, you will be responsible for maintaining a secure and welcoming test center while delivering exceptional customer service. This is a part-time role requiring flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor testing candidates throughout the examination process to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
Conduct thorough security checks, including identification verification and use of security equipment
Maintain a detail-oriented and organized environment by safeguarding test materials and ensuring the integrity of the test center
Address and resolve candidate issues promptly to ensure a smooth testing experience
Provide clear and courteous communication to candidates and colleagues, representing company values
Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, documentation, and equipment setup
Prepare accurate reports and document occurrences outside company guidelines
Ensure all technical equipment is operational and troubleshoot minor issues when necessary
Escort candidates to and from testing rooms, maintaining a secure and controlled environment
Manage scheduling flexibility to align with test center operational needs
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in-person roles such as retail, hospitality, or call centers
Proficiency with Windows-based programs, including Office and Outlook
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to write detailed reports
Ability to multi-task and handle small tools or equipment for shipping and installation
Physical capability to bend, stoop, lift up to 40 pounds, and remain seated for extended periods
Visual acuity to monitor computer screens and camera systems effectively
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays
