Test Center Administrator

• Monitor testing candidates throughout the examination process to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Conduct thorough security checks, including identification verification and use of security equipment
• Maintain a detail-oriented and organized environment by safeguarding test materials and ensuring the integrity of the test center
• Address and resolve candidate issues promptly to ensure a smooth testing experience
• Provide clear and courteous communication to candidates and colleagues, representing company values
• Assist with administrative tasks such as scanning, documentation, and equipment setup
• Prepare accurate reports and document occurrences outside company guidelines
• Ensure all technical equipment is operational and troubleshoot minor issues when necessary
• Escort candidates to and from testing rooms, maintaining a secure and controlled environment
• Manage scheduling flexibility to align with test center operational needs

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in-person roles such as retail, hospitality, or call centers
• Proficiency with Windows-based programs, including Office and Outlook
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to write detailed reports
• Ability to multi-task and handle small tools or equipment for shipping and installation
• Physical capability to bend, stoop, lift up to 40 pounds, and remain seated for extended periods
• Visual acuity to monitor computer screens and camera systems effectively
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, Saturdays, and occasional Sundays
