Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable Test Center Administrator to support daily test center operations in Sarasota, Florida. This is a Part Time role (will need to have open availability 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday-Saturday) and it will be 10-20 hours a week.

Job Responsibility:

  • Welcome candidates and visitors, provide clear check-in guidance, and maintain an attentive front-desk experience throughout the day.
  • Answer incoming calls, respond to routine inquiries, and direct questions to the appropriate contact when needed.
  • Prepare, scan, and organize testing records and other administrative documents with a high level of accuracy.
  • Perform clerical support tasks such as filing, data entry, record maintenance, and general office coordination.
  • Monitor the testing area to help ensure procedures are followed and the environment remains orderly and secure.
  • Assist with scheduling-related updates and provide administrative support as site demands change during the season.
  • Maintain organized documentation and support compliance with established office and test center procedures.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in reception, administrative support, or a customer-facing office environment.
  • Ability to manage inbound calls, greet visitors courteously, and handle routine questions with courtesy.
  • Experience scanning, filing, and maintaining documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong clerical and organizational skills with close attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work a variable part-time schedule with availability Monday through Saturday as needed through November.
  • Comfortable working in an environment where weekly hours may fluctuate based on site needs.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, follow procedures, and manage multiple tasks in a detail-oriented setting.
