Job Description:

The Test Automation Engineer position is a key role that works closely with the Development team to design, implement, and maintain automated test suites on Blulink’s proprietary products, in particular the Quarta EVO QMS solution. The goal is to ensure the continuous improvement of the platform and support the rapid and safe release of updates.

Job Responsibility:

  • Defining, together with the Development and Quality Assurance (QA) teams, the most effective testing strategies and acceptance criteria for new features
  • Designing and implementing automated quality and code security tests in Quarta EVO
  • Designing and contributing to the integration and maintenance of automated tests within Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD – Azure DevOps) pipelines
  • Analyzing test results, identifying bugs, and providing detailed reports to guide issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of C#
  • Experience with TypeScript
  • Competence in End-to-End testing frameworks (e.g., Playwright and/or Ranorex)
  • Competence in Unit Test frameworks (e.g., XUnit and/or NUnit)
  • Knowledge and application of Agile practices and Secure Coding principles
  • Proficiency with version control systems, especially Git
  • Experience with Azure DevOps (or equivalent CI/CD systems)
  • Good written and spoken English (Intermediate level)
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Strong teamwork and communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and a continuous desire to enhance technical expertise

Nice to have:

  • Experience with TDD (Test-Driven Development) and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) practices
  • Knowledge of test frameworks specific to Angular
  • Education and experience in the role of Test Automation Engineer
