Job Description

The QA Professional role focuses on managing the Opkey testing platform and executing both automated and manual testing for ERP Finance and Oracle EPM applications. Candidates should have strong experience with Opkey, ERP systems, and testing methodologies. Collaboration with functional teams and a solid understanding of financial processes are essential for success in this position.

Job Responsibility

  • Administer and manage the Opkey test automation tool, including environment setup, user access, and test asset maintenance
  • Design, build, execute, and maintain automated and manual test scripts using Opkey
  • Work closely with PeopleSoft Finance and Oracle EPM functional teams to understand business processes and testing requirements
  • Perform unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing for: Application configurations
  • Customizations and integrations
  • Patches, upgrades, and quarterly releases
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and work with developers and functional teams to support issue resolution
  • Maintain traceability between business processes, test cases, and system changes
  • Ensure test coverage for end-to-end finance and EPM business scenarios
  • Support continuous improvement of testing processes, standards, and automation coverage
  • Provide regular test status updates, metrics, and documentation to stakeholders
  • Support and troubleshoot Finance integrations and Interfaces. Build shell or windows scripting for interfaces and integrations

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience with Opkey (test creation, execution, maintenance, and administration)
  • Experience testing ERP Finance systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud / E-Business Suite or similar)
  • Good understanding of financial business processes (GL, AP, AR, FA, budgeting, close, consolidation)
  • Experience with unit, system, integration, and regression testing
  • Familiarity with testing integrations between ERP, EPM, and upstream/downstream systems
  • Strong defect management, documentation, and communication skills

Nice to have

  • Experience testing ERP suite like PeopleSoft Finance/Oracle Fusion or EPM
  • Knowledge of test automation best practices and QA methodologies
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery models
