Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Test and Failure Analysis Engineer to oversee, optimize, and support printed circuit board assembly (PCBA) testing processes and failure analysis of NOK parts. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge in electronics and hands‑on experience with processes like In-Circuit testing, Functional and End of Line testing.

Job Responsibility

  • Introduce, validate, and optimize PCBA and assembly testing processes
  • Create and optimize process documentation like P-FMEA and Work instructions
  • Analyze process capability (CP/CPK), yields, and defect trends
  • Analyze functionally NOK parts and provide failure root cause
  • Improve yield, reduce defects and drive continuous improvement
  • Work with vendors to evaluate and qualify new machinery
  • Define Maintenance procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering
  • 3+ years of experience in PCBA testing for Automotive industry
  • English B2
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication across engineering and production teams
  • Proactive mindset and problem‑solving attitude

Nice to have

  • Experience with P-FMEA, MSA, Capability studies and SPC
