Job Responsibility

Perform functional test analysis, planning, design, execution, and reporting for testing assignments
For the specific testing project, support the Project Manager(s) and Test Manager by contributing to the Test Plan(s) for the relevant test phases, the Test Readiness Reviews, test progress reporting, the Test Completion/Summary Reports and Test Defect Reports
Prepare where required: Test Scenarios, Test Cases, Test Scripts, and Test Data for a given testing assignment
Work closely with the stakeholders or other groups in preparation and execution of the planned functional testing
Play a lead role in the analysis and reporting of test results, working closely with business, technology, and support areas to investigate and interpret test findings
Develop and extend collaborative working relationships with technology suppliers and operational support areas in order to quickly understand requirements, resolve problems/issues, suggest solutions, and identify areas for service improvement
Participate in peer reviews
Track the schedule and testing progress and be accountable for the tasks and releases
Manage triage calls with technology & operations
