Territory Specialist | Leading Medical Device & Healthcare Organisation We are in search of a proactive and dynamic medical sales professional to champion life-changing technologies and products within the Newcastle & Central Coast territory. As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in educating and supporting healthcare professionals, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager.

Job Responsibility

  • Promote product awareness through exceptional face-to-face and virtual interactions with health care specialists
  • Deliver high-quality educational sessions to healthcare professionals and consumers to shape new care standards
  • Act as a trusted advisor for technology use, including mobile apps, data portals, and clinical software
  • Maintain quarterly KPIs for coverage and frequency, with a focus on high-value primary care accounts
  • Manage expenditures and budgets to meet established spending KPIs
  • Oversee the use of Salesforce and other internal systems to ensure optimal territory effectiveness
  • Collaborate with state and national team members to facilitate broad product adoption
  • Understand and communicate complex clinical data and disease state knowledge confidently
  • Adhere to corporate ethics and stringent compliance procedures

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Business, or a related field

  • Technical and clinical proficiency, with the ability to communicate scientific information to HCPs

  • A valid Australian Driving Licence and a willingness to travel as required
