Our client is hiring a Territory Sales Representative to own and grow a defined geographic market. This is a field based role focused on in-person relationship building, account growth and new business development.
Job Responsibility:
Own a designated territory and manage sales performance end to end
Build and maintain strong relationships through regular in-person visits
Prospect and develop new accounts while growing existing customers
Present and sell designer/finished products to trade professionals and clients
Coordinate internally to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Experience in territory, field, or outside sales
Bilingual (English/Spanish required)
Reliable personal vehicle and comfort driving within the territory
Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, accountable, and comfortable working independently
