Territory Sales Representative Build a Territory. Build Relationships. Build Your Sales Career. We are hiring a Territory Sales Representative for a field-based outside sales role focused on developing brand-new territories and growing reseller relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with inside sales, account management, industrial, construction, agricultural, or blue-collar sales experience looking to break into outside sales. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk sales role. You’ll spend most of your time on the road making in-person customer visits, prospecting new dealers, conducting product demos, and building long-term relationships across your territory.
Requirements
Some sales experience required (inside sales, account management, pro desk, industrial sales, etc.)
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a hunter mentality and willingness to cold prospect
Comfortable spending most of the week driving and meeting customers face-to-face
Experience in industrial, construction, agricultural, manufacturing, warehousing, or related industries is highly preferred
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
Nice to have
Ability to develop new business through daily in-person cold visits and relationship building
Manage and grow a territory of dealers, retailers, contractors, and industrial accounts
Conduct product demonstrations and support reseller partners
Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, follow-up, referrals, and networking
Travel throughout your territory with overnight travel averaging 3 nights per week
Maintain CRM activity and customer follow-up
What we offer
Base salary: $70,000–$80,000
First-year OTE: $90,000–$100,000+
