Job Description

At Swannies Golf Apparel, we’re in hyper-growth mode — and we’re looking for a driven, relationship-first sales professional to own and expand our Texas and Louisiana territory. If you live and breathe golf, know your way around a sales pipeline, and thrive without needing someone looking over your shoulder, this is your role. We’re a brand on the rise with a product line that sells itself once it’s in the right hands. Your job is to get it there — into green grass shops, independent retailers, and the hands of buyers who’ll become long-term partners.

Job Responsibility

  • Serve as the primary Outside Sales Professional across Texas and Louisiana
  • Build and grow our green grass and independent retail account base — deepening existing relationships while aggressively opening new ones
  • Schedule and lead in-person prebook line reviews with accounts and prospects
  • Make routine at-once visits to capture real-time sell-through opportunities using sell-through analysis and margin data
  • Handle order entry, order management, and brand servicing with professionalism and precision
  • Communicate proactively with accounts and the Swannies internal team
  • Travel approximately 75% of the time within the territory

Requirements

  • A self-starting, tenacious communicator who wins through relationships and hustle
  • Clear understanding of the golf sales calendar and its unique timelines
  • Ability to balance servicing existing accounts while actively prospecting new business
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving startup environment — executing without being micromanaged
  • Willingness to travel heavily across the region and meet accounts in person

Nice to have

  • Existing familiarity with the Swannies brand and voice
  • Regional relationships in the golf market
  • Prior golf sales or golf industry experience (2+ years preferred)

What we offer

  • Base salary + commission, no cap
  • Bonus potential + travel reimbursement
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k)
  • Flexible schedule, paid time off
