This role focuses on driving sales and business development for premium tea and beverage solutions under the HOT Tea Shop brand in the HORECA and Corporate segments. The candidate will engage with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, manage distributors, and grow the business in the assigned territory as per company guidelines.
Job Responsibility:
Develop the HORECA and Corporate channel for HOT Tea Shop products, focusing on hotels, cafes, restaurants, and offices
Identify and onboard new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts to achieve revenue targets
Understand client needs and customize tea and beverage solutions to enhance customer experience
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to design strategies aligned with the brand’s growth objectives
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge to effectively pitch and support clients
Achieve agreed sales targets and KPIs set by senior management
Provide weekly reports on sales activities and pipeline to monitor progress
Manage distributors for stock availability, billing, inventory, hygiene standards, and ROI
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience, preferably in tea, coffee, or beverage products
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver customized solutions
Self-driven, hardworking, and capable of working independently with a strong sales focus
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
Fluency in English and local language
Professional, independent, and a strong team player with influential interpersonal skills
