Nespresso is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Officer to join our team and play a key role in expanding our vending machine business.
Job Responsibility:
Generate new leads for vending machine placements
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase Nespresso's offerings
Secure new accounts by closing deals and ensuring contract signing within established guidelines
Ensure customer satisfaction for machines under your responsibility by guaranteeing timely supplies
Liaise with service teams to ensure prompt and efficient machine servicing
In the event of a machine pull-out, coordinate with service teams for safe removal and plan for immediate redeployment
Ensure distributors certify machine availability by location and that this information is submitted promptly for machines under your purview
Monitor and report on Business Throughput, including the monthly average sale per machine and distributor billing to accounts
Requirements:
MBA or related postgraduate degree (Freshers welcome)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
