Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and professional Territory Sales Officer to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. This is a contract position focused on driving sales growth within your assigned territory.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the assigned territory
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives by effectively managing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service
  • Identify potential new business opportunities and market trends within the territory
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues that may arise
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, with a focus on territory management or business development
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
