Nespresso is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Officer to join our team and play a key role in expanding our vending machine business.

Job Responsibility

  • Generate new leads for vending machine placements
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase Nespresso's offerings
  • Secure new accounts by closing deals and ensuring contract signing within established guidelines
  • Ensure customer satisfaction for machines under your responsibility by guaranteeing timely supplies
  • Liaise with service teams to ensure prompt and efficient machine servicing
  • In the event of a machine pull-out, coordinate with service teams for safe removal and plan for immediate redeployment
  • Ensure distributors certify machine availability by location and that this information is submitted promptly for machines under your purview
  • Monitor and report on Business Throughput, including the monthly average sale per machine and distributor billing to accounts

Requirements

  • MBA or related postgraduate degree (Freshers welcome)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
