Territory Sales Officer (Off-Role) Are you a driven and ambitious individual with a passion for sales and customer engagement? Nespresso is seeking a motivated Territory Sales Officer to join our team and play a key role in expanding our vending machine business. Responsibilities: Account Acquisition: Generate new leads for vending machine placements. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase Nespresso's offerings. Secure new accounts by closing deals and ensuring contract signing within established guidelines. Account Retention: Ensure customer satisfaction for machines under your responsibility by guaranteeing timely supplies. Liaise with service teams to ensure prompt and efficient machine servicing. In the event of a machine pull-out, coordinate with service teams for safe removal and plan for immediate redeployment. Tracking of Machines: Ensure distributors certify machine availability by location and that this information is submitted promptly for machines under your purview. Monitor and report on Business Throughput, including the monthly average sale per machine and distributor billing to accounts. Qualifications: MBA or related postgraduate degree (Freshers welcome). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive and results-oriented with a strong desire to succeed. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
