To be accountable, all the business activities and sales operations of the CNH Tractor business in the assigned territory.
Job Responsibility:
Cascade the monthly volumes into daily volumes by models and variants for the dealer, Track on a daily basis the volume sales
Suggest and provide inputs to dealers to enhance daily sales such as plant visits, meetings with bank representatives, trainings, promotional activities, etc. in order to achieve the target volume sale per dealer
Monitor on a daily basis the working capital fund rotation per dealer through Advance Delivery (ADS) tracking tool
Influence the crediting bank for faster rotation of funds
Follow up with dealers for additional fund requirement for seasonal periods
Receive the billing requirements from dealers and share on a consolidated basis with Area Manager
Follow up with the dealers for completion of required documentation for timely submission to HO in order to minimize financial issues for enhancing sales
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years and maximum 15 years experience
To generate new leads & execute the sales strategy as communicated by Area Manager to achieve the sales volume /no. of the assigned territory
Understanding about the local market & customer preferences
Create & develop better customer satisfaction
Collect market share related information from RTO and share with supervisor
Identify and visit competition dominated pockets
Seek feedback from own customers and competitions customers
Visit competition's dealerships to understand market trends, sales and promotional activities
Share relevant information with service, sales and product marketing in order to gather timely and adequate intelligence
Participate in demonstrations, customer meets, service campaigns organized by the MDM team
Generate inquiries and monitor closure of sales by dealer salesman
Conduct technical days and share knowledge on new products, product changes, etc. with the salesmen and service mangers at the dealerships including the new staff at the dealerships
Highlight the differences on the product from the competition
Provide inputs on understanding the area, calculate the industry / market size
Generate ideas on ways to enhance sales in order to enhance manpower productivity and achieve target volume
Nice to have:
BE( Mechanical/ Agricultural Engg) or MBA with graduation
