Territory Sales Manager for a $20B+ Fortune 250 manufacturer of industrial and filtration technologies, known for delivering best-in-class products across critical oil & gas and industrial applications. The company continues to experience strong, steady growth and is well-positioned for long-term expansion. This is a highly consultative, technical sale within a well-established territory that includes a strong existing book of business, key distribution partners, and significant opportunity for continued growth.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a defined South Texas territory (Houston / Permian Basin) by both nurturing existing accounts and developing new business
Work closely with both end users and distributors, selling process filtration solutions into midstream and downstream oil & gas operators, as well as broader industrial processing environments
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales and/or distributor sales within the industrial market
Oil & gas industry experience is highly preferred (midstream/downstream exposure ideal)
Experience selling technical or application-based products (filtration, process equipment, etc.) preferred
Proven ability to work with and manage distributor/channel partners
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to engage engineers and plant-level stakeholders
Must be able to travel ~50% as required
Bachelor’s Degree required
Ideally located in Houston, TX, with Midland/Odessa as a secondary option
