Job Responsibility:
Developing new business opportunities across Riverside County
Focus on consultative sale with an average sales cycle of 3–6 months, targeting decision-makers across schools, cities, homebuilders, churches, and HOAs
Hunting new logos and nurturing relationships over time
Requirements:
1+ years of B2B sales experience (full-cycle selling)
Bachelor’s degree
Comfort managing a multi-step, consultative sales process that involves technical product knowledge and project coordination
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Nice to have:
Experience selling into construction, real estate development, education, municipalities, or architectural verticals
Experience winning business through public RFPs or formal bids
