Job Responsibility:
Achieve and exceed sales targets by developing new business opportunities and maintaining existing customer relationships
Build and manage relationships with trade partners, contractors, and merchants to drive brand loyalty
Identify new sales opportunities and proactively convert leads into long-term partnerships
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market demands to tailor sales strategies
Provide expert advice on Crown Paints' product portfolio, ensuring customers receive the best solutions for their needs
Manage pricing, contracts, and promotional activities to maximize profitability
Work closely with the marketing, technical, and operations teams to deliver customer-focused solutions
Maintain accurate records of sales performance, forecasts, and customer feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:
Proven track record in a B2B sales environment, preferably within paint, coatings or construction (however please apply if you are an expert in a different sector)
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships with groups and individuals
A team player
IT proficient specifically in Microsoft Office and digital sale tools
