Job Description:

Senior role demanding an accomplished Territory Sales Manager to own sales strategy and revenue growth within designated territory. Focus on building client base through consultative solution-selling for advisory and professional services, product sales, and managed services. Develop and execute territory-based account strategies, nurture high-impact relationships with C-suite and key stakeholders, and collaborate effectively with internal and partner resources to deliver comprehensive, client-specific solutions.

Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Actively network within territory, industry, and market to generate new client opportunities
  • Develop and sustain relationships at C-level and with business, HR, and IT leaders
  • Lead internal and partner teams in developing and presenting customer-focused solutions
  • Collaborate with partner account teams and subject matter experts to establish pre- and post-sales strategies
  • Manage all phases of sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and project hand-off
  • Understand and address specific client business and technical requirements to create tailored proposals and Statements of Work

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English
  • Proven successful track record within the KSA market
  • 15+ years in enterprise professional services and platform sales with consistent record of exceeding targets
  • 10+ years in digital transformation sales in ESM, ITxM, CRM, CSM, or HRSD domains
  • Expertise in ecosystems including ServiceNow, Salesforce, SAP, Snowflake, Unqork, PagerDuty, Microsoft, Google Cloud, or Mulesoft
  • BA/BS degree required
  • Proven ability to carry an annual quota
  • Established track record selling professional services, managed services, and business solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with technical and business executives
  • Capability to lead and influence cross-functional teams while being an individual contributor
  • Self-motivated and capable of excelling with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience in growing accounts across industries and managing projects of various scales
  • Executive presence with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Skilled in negotiating large contracts, resolving conflicts, and facilitating legal discussions
  • Willingness to travel based on territory needs
