Job Responsibility

  • Responsibilities for sales, Business Development as assigned which falls in your territory of our company
  • Strategizing Marketing Plan, Product positioning and Business Developmental Activities in Combination with Product Managers and Marketing team
  • Interaction with the respective Key Accounts to understand the market need and to ensure proper services
  • To ensure the collection – as per the policy of the company
  • Preparation of Business Plan concerned with all the Key’s A/C
  • Training for the Key Accounts
  • Achieving the growth objectives for the assigned key accounts
  • Arranging of trainings to all the key customers in combination with Corporate Training Department to ensure improved product mix
  • Coordination with respective SM, OPS Team Members and Various HO functions to Improve Business, Collection, Proper Promotional and Marketing Activities, Incremental Sales – Value and Volume

Requirements

  • Graduate with MBA preferable
  • Exp:- 5-8 yrs experience in his current profile
  • Industry-Consumer Durable/ Pharma preferred or Same Industry
