This is a high-impact field-based role where you will manage a strong existing book of business while driving new growth across the Texas market. As a Territory Sales Manager, you will spend your time building deep customer relationships, uncovering opportunities across multiple industrial segments, and partnering with internal teams to deliver best-in-class packaging and environmental solutions. This is a full sales cycle position with a mix of 60 percent existing business and 40 percent net-new development. You will also work closely with the Vice President of Sales and be part of a collaborative, high-performing sales team in a company known for its commitment to sustainability, operational excellence, and customer success.
