I am recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager, based across the West Midlands and Trent regions, who can join a well established but growing organisation.
Job Responsibility:
Living within the territory, covering account management and growth development
Supporting surgeons during cases approximately twice a week
Getting involved in training days and exhibitions
Understanding clinicians needs and recognising requirements and needs
All relevant tender submissions and administration
Dealing with multiple stakeholders, from ENT specialists, to Maxfax consultants, anaesthetists to critical care teams
Requirements:
Comfortable working within a theatre / surgical based environment
Based on territory, with good access to road networks
Self-motivated
Desire and willingness to have a broad range of responsibilities and be trusted to perform autonomously
Clinically confident – confident discussing clinical issues and solutions
