Job Description

Are you experienced within Medical Device sales into the Hospital sector? Does the surgical based environment draw your interest? If you are looking to work with an organisation who is selling interesting, unique, gold standard products into the head, neck and MaxFax sector, then I may have a role that suits you. I am recruiting for a Territory Sales Manager, based across the West Midlands and Trent regions, who can join a well established but growing organisation.

Job Responsibility

  • Living within the territory, covering account management and growth development
  • Supporting surgeons during cases approximately twice a week
  • Getting involved in training days and exhibitions
  • Understanding clinicians needs and recognising requirements and needs
  • All relevant tender submissions and administration
  • Dealing with multiple stakeholders, from ENT specialists, to Maxfax consultants, anaesthetists to critical care teams

Requirements

  • Comfortable working within a theatre / surgical based environment
  • Based on territory, with good access to road networks
  • Self-motivated
  • Desire and willingness to have a broad range of responsibilities and be trusted to perform autonomously
  • Clinically confident – confident discussing clinical issues and solutions

  • Demonstrated competency in patient and clinician education and demonstration
  • Clearly communicate with different departmental teams to produce timely business outcomes
