Job Responsibility:
Develop new and existing business within the hospital sector
Build strong relationships with therapy teams, procurement, infection control, tissue viability and nurse managers
Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes
Analyse territory and market potential to inform strategic planning
Deliver presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maximise opportunities
Report directly to the National Sales Manager
Requirements:
Degree-level education (BA/BSc) desirable
2–3 years’ experience in healthcare, clinical, sales, or sports science preferred
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Good planning and time management abilities
Knowledge of the UK healthcare market highly desirable
Motivated, resilient, and target-driven
