Job Responsibility:
Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners
Develop and execute a territory business plan using customer insight and local priorities
Provide clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making
Track, record and report activity and results accurately using company systems
Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access
Learn about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve territory performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and the local languages commonly used in North Lakhimpur
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Right to work in India
Nice to have:
Prior experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare sales or medical liaison roles
Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals
Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
Ability to use customer insight and simple data to guide activity
Fluency in Assamese or other local languages commonly used in the North Lakhimpur area
High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility
