This role is responsible for supporting the sales performance and operational standards of our dealer network in East Malaysia. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Sales Executive will act as the primary liaison between the brand and our partners, ensuring sales targets are met and brand guidelines are upheld.
Job Responsibility:
Assist dealers in Sabah and Sarawak with daily sales operations and stock management
Monitor dealer sales targets and KPIs, providing weekly updates to management
Coordinate and monitor regional roadshows, test-drive events, and new model launches
Gather data on competitor pricing, promotions, and new product movements in East Malaysia
Prepare accurate sales forecasts, inventory reports, and meeting minutes for the regional team
Ensure all dealer showrooms adhere to SAIC/MG corporate identity (CI) and customer service standards
Build strong rapport with dealer sales consultants to drive brand loyalty and product knowledge
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Automotive Management, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or the automotive industry (Fresh graduates with a strong internship record are welcome)
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
Must possess a valid driver’s license and be willing to travel extensively within Sabah and Sarawak
