We are seeking a proactive Territory Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase value proposition
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
  • Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies

Requirements:

  • A B-Pharma qualification
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably within the pharmaceutical sector
  • A strong understanding of sales principles and customer relationship management
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A results-oriented and driven approach to achieving targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory
