Job Description:

You will connect with local healthcare professionals in Kotputli to build trust and share clear, science-based information. You will create and deliver a focused territory plan that uses customer insight to prioritise activity. You will work closely with colleagues across functions to solve local challenges and improve patient access. We value curiosity, honesty and a practical mindset that keeps patients first. Job Responsibility:

  • Build and maintain respectful, professional relationships with doctors, pharmacists and other local healthcare partners
  • Develop and deliver a territory business plan guided by customer insight and local needs
  • Share clear, accurate, science-based information to support healthcare professionals’ decision-making
  • Record and report activity and results accurately using company systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to resolve customer needs and improve patient access
  • Keep learning about clinical evidence, market trends and practical ways to improve performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution
  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly within the territory
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Right to work in India.

Nice to have:

  • Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales or medical liaison roles
  • Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals
  • Strong planning, organisation and time management skills
  • Ability to use customer insight and simple data to guide activity
  • Fluency in regional languages commonly used in Kotputli, such as Rajasthani or Marwari
  • High motivation to learn, adapt and take on increasing responsibility.
