As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving regional growth by managing and developing a high-performing team of Field Sales Representatives. Representing a leading fintech company, you will spearhead the execution of innovative sales strategies, ensuring the delivery of tailored payment solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Job Responsibility

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Field Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed individual and regional targets
  • Provide ongoing coaching to enhance skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques
  • Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture aligned with company values
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth in line with business objectives
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize performance, and create actionable plans
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine GTM strategies and enhance value propositions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and partners in the region
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and customer meetings to boost brand visibility
  • Ensure efficient territory management and account prioritization for team members
  • Regularly report on team performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within sales, preferably in the fintech, payments, or technology sectors
  • A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with hands-on experience in field sales
  • Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence
  • Experience in the payment industry will be considered as a strong advantage
  • Experience in a telecoms retail outlet or similar will be considered as a strong advantage
  • Fluent in Italian & English
