As a Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving regional growth by managing and developing a high-performing team of Field Sales Representatives. Representing a leading fintech company, you will spearhead the execution of innovative sales strategies, ensuring the delivery of tailored payment solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. Job Responsibility:
Recruit, train, and mentor a team of Field Sales Representatives to achieve and exceed individual and regional targets
Provide ongoing coaching to enhance skills, product knowledge, and customer engagement techniques
Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture aligned with company values
Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive growth in line with business objectives
Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, optimize performance, and create actionable plans
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine GTM strategies and enhance value propositions
Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders and partners in the region
Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and customer meetings to boost brand visibility
Ensure efficient territory management and account prioritization for team members
Regularly report on team performance, challenges, and opportunities to senior leadership
Requirements:
Proven experience in a leadership role within sales, preferably in the fintech, payments, or technology sectors
A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, with hands-on experience in field sales
Exceptional leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach and attention to detail
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence
Experience in the payment industry will be considered as a strong advantage
Experience in a telecoms retail outlet or similar will be considered as a strong advantage
Fluent in Italian & English
