You’ll start by managing a smaller territory with a clear pathway to grow into a Senior Territory Manager role within a thriving territory over the next 3–5 years.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage all aspects of sales activity within your assigned territory, including product promotion, customer engagement, and territory planning
  • Represent the company to a wide range of end users, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and key decision-makers
  • Collaborate closely with an experienced Territory Manager to learn best practices and develop a strategic approach to territory growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and support the introduction of new products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions as required

Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Highly organized and skilled at planning efficient routing schedules
  • Exceptional follow-up and a commitment to excellent customer service
  • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow within a structured mentorship program
  • Ability to travel within the assigned territory (valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required)
