You’ll start by managing a smaller territory with a clear pathway to grow into a Senior Territory Manager role within a thriving territory over the next 3–5 years.
Job Responsibility:
Manage all aspects of sales activity within your assigned territory, including product promotion, customer engagement, and territory planning
Represent the company to a wide range of end users, including hospitals, clinics, long-term care facilities, and other healthcare providers
Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers and key decision-makers
Collaborate closely with an experienced Territory Manager to learn best practices and develop a strategic approach to territory growth
Identify new business opportunities and support the introduction of new products and services
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and forecasts
Attend industry events, trade shows, and training sessions as required
Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in healthcare, medical devices, or B2B environments
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
Highly organized and skilled at planning efficient routing schedules
Exceptional follow-up and a commitment to excellent customer service
Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to grow within a structured mentorship program
Ability to travel within the assigned territory (valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required)
