Drive business growth within the assigned territory and acquire new high-potential customers

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Strong analytical thinking and business planning skills
4-6 years of experience in a similar role
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities that support customer business growth
High ethical standards and integrity
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in high-performance teams
Adaptable and open to new ideas and ways of working
Strong relationship management skills with both customers and internal stakeholders
B2B sales experience
Experience in medical devices, dental, capital equipment, or related industries is preferred but not required
Fluency in English
