Job Description:

We are currently looking for a Territory Manager for a renowned company that specialises with life science (microbiology) products. This position requires your urgent attention.

Job Responsibility:

Serve as the key contact for assigned accounts, fostering long-term relationships by understanding client needs, delivering tailored solutions, and ensuring ongoing satisfaction and loyalty
Develop and execute account strategies to meet sales targets and drive growth, including identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding client engagements
Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
Lead contract negotiations, manage service agreements, and ensure smooth execution and compliance
Work cross-functionally with internal teams to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery
Prepare and present account performance reports, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Science, Microbiology or related qualifications
Minimum 2 year working experience in the life science industry
Resourceful, analytic and able to work under pressure
